Stress Shed Wholesale Return Policy
Hey friend — we’re so glad to have you as part of the Stress Shed family! We stand behind the quality of everything we make, and we want your wholesale experience to be as smooth and stress-free as possible. Here’s how we handle returns and issues:
1. If Something Arrives Wrong or Damaged
We do our best to make sure every shipment arrives in perfect condition, but if your gummies show up damaged, defective, or incorrect, just let us know within 7 business days of receiving your order.

with your order number and a short note about what happened.
We’ll make it right — whether that means sending a replacement or applying a credit toward your next order.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
If a product didn’t survive the journey or something looks off, we’ll either:
Send a replacement right away, or
Apply a credit to your next invoice.
We might ask for pictures or a return for our quality control team, we’re always improving how we ship and store our gummies.
3. Incorrect Orders
If something in your order isn’t what you expected whether that's the wrong flavor, wrong quantity, or missing product reach out within 7 business days and we’ll fix it, fast. Shipping costs for replacements are always on us.
4. Order Changes or Cancellations
Changed your mind? You can cancel your order within 24 hours if it hasn’t shipped yet. Once it’s on its way, we’re unable to cancel or recall it.
5. Returns for Non-Damaged Products
Because our gummies are ingestible, we can’t accept returns for products that are opened, used, or simply didn’t sell. We recommend starting with smaller quantities if you’re testing out how your customers respond.
6. Refund Timing
Once we’ve confirmed a return, replacement, or credit, we’ll process it within 5–10 business days.
Bottom line: we care deeply about our wholesale partners and the customers you serve. If something’s off, we’ll always do our best to make it right — quickly, clearly, and stress-free.
